Delivery anywhere in Italy

This service allows the recipient to collect the parcel from their nearest BRT depot by presenting proof of identity and the BRT shipment number. Detailed delivery times

Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All orders received from Monday to Friday before 1:45 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 1:45 pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the first working day. Dealing with damaged deliveries

If, at the time of delivery, you notice that the parcel or product is damaged, is missing contents or shows signs of having been opened, please request a return or replacement. The damage must be reported within seven days of delivery by emailing info@alfamedic.co.uk and attaching a copy of the invoice, a copy of the BRT label and photographs or video of the damaged item. Our representative will then arrange the collection of the damaged product with you.
