You can place your order in several ways.

First, select the product you wish to purchase, then click the “Add to basket” button. On the basket page, you can view the quantity and total value of the products ordered. To remove an item or reduce the quantity ordered, click the “+” button and select the required quantity, or click “remove” to delete the product. To begin completing your order, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. The online shop will guide you through the following steps:

Step 1 – enter your delivery address (email address, first and last name, street address, town or city, county, postcode and telephone number)

COLLECTION FROM A BRT DEPOT – The service allows the recipient to collect the parcel from the nearest BRT depot by presenting identification and the BRT shipment number. When placing your order, enter the address of the local depot where you wish to collect your parcel. In the »Name on intercom/doorbell« field, enter “depot collection“.

Step 2 – Select your preferred payment method. Make sure the black dot appears next to your chosen payment method.

Step 3 – Place order. After choosing your payment method and confirming your purchase, you will be taken to a page displaying the customer details, delivery address and products ordered.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order summary by email.
