Yes, we sell genuine products sourced directly from the manufacturers. It is not in our interest to sell counterfeit products. We stock both generic and branded products.

Companies that manufacture generic medicines do not need to invest in research and development or pay for advertising and marketing. They only need to acquire the chemical formula required to produce the generic medicine. As a result, you can obtain high-quality medicines at a more affordable price.

The quality of generic medicines is no different from that of their branded equivalents, although their shape and colour may vary. Generic medicines contain the same active ingredients, which are absorbed into the bloodstream in the same amount and at the same rate.

We offer three payment methods:

COLLECTION FROM A COLLECTION POINT – This service allows the recipient to collect the parcel from their nearest BRT depot by presenting proof of identity and the BRT shipment number. When placing your order, enter the address of the local depot where you would like to collect your parcel. In the “Name on intercom/doorbell” field, enter “Depot collection”.

Shipping costs £5.60, or £7.00 for deliveries to islands.

Every order is dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times will then vary depending on your location. BRT will email you with updates on your order and provide a tracking link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. Thank you for your cooperation.

You can use your shipment tracking number to check the current delivery status or contact the courier company that emailed you about your order. You can also email us at info@alfamedic.co.uk, and we will check the location of your order and update you as soon as possible.

In this case, please contact our customer support team and let us know about the problem. We will resend your parcel or refund your payment. Product complaints can be sent by email to complaint@alfamedic.co.uk

You can cancel your order by emailing us as soon as possible and no later than three hours after the order has been confirmed. If BRT attempts to deliver the order, please refuse the parcel.
